Jim Moehead – Building Design & Drafting - Jim has been working on the Sunshine Coast since the early eighties. Having started work with a well established consulting engineering practice preparing structural steel and concrete plans for a wide range of residential, multi-residential, industrial and commercial projects. Other tasks undertaken included construction inspections, liasing with clients and other consultants including local council. During the mid nineties Jim started his own Building Design and drafting business which included preparing house plans, buidling designs (residentail, commercial and indutrial) and providing contracting drafting services to local and interstate consultants.
