Some of my projects. Some completed others on the board :-
Luther Hieghts Youth Camp, Coolum Beach. – New Flying Fox Building. A storage and observation area for students using the flying fox. Also an extension to one of the accommodation buildings, giving supervisors a separate bathroom. A covered outdoor meeting and gathering area to be used for large and small groups.
Kennels and Cattery, Yandina. – Boarding Kennels for 55 dogs and 32 cats. Comprising of 3 buildings, 2 for dogs and a seperate building the house the cats. The complex also provides an outdoor exercise yard , an on site caretakers residence and customer parking.
NuTrend Qualtiy Homes. – Preparation of the beginning of a range of standard 3 and 4 bedroom homes which will be built for the first home owner and investors alike. The homes can be altered to suit your site and also your family requirements.
Hanwright Steel Works. – Workshop drawings for a balustrade and handrail located at the new Tewantin walk ways.
Epic Sports, Emerald. – After being inundated by recent floods, the Epic Sports Complex in Emerald is rebuilding and refurbishing. Creating a large bistro and dining area as well as a revamped pokies area. Also included is a new deck to cater for watching al the sport on the adjoing sports field.
Mixed Use Development, Buderim. – Plaaning application drawings for a mixed use development on the top of Buderim. Comprising of 2 spacious units with attached office space and a local office space to the ground floor.
The Natural Food Store, Forest Glen. – A new cafe and organic nursery as part of the The Natural Food Store complex at the bottom of Mons Road, Forest Glen.
Morandbah Airport upgrade. – provision of structural drafting serivces for an terminal upgrade at the airport at Moranbah to help with the influx of mining workers.
