Contract Drafting – We supply contract drafting services to a variety of consulting engineers, residential and commercial developers throughout the Sunshine Coast as well as Northern New South Wales and North Queensland. Our service includes residential building design, house plans, structural concrete, steel and timber detailing for building designs ranging from small residential extensions to new homes, commercial and industrial projects. With over 20 years experience in the preparation of plans, not only local but across Australia we are able to prepare plans with minimal input from design consultants.

Our Contract Drafting service can undertake the following:-

Reinforced Concrete – Slab on ground & footing details, Suspended slabs – flat plate or beam and slab,Reinforced concrete beams -  elevations and sections, Post & pre tensioned slabs, Precast Tilt Panels, Retaining walls – concrete, block and stone.

Structural Steelwork - Roof, floor & wall framing plans, Connection details-  steel to steel, steel to timber, steel to concrete.

Structural Timber – Roof, floor & wall framing plans, Bracing plans, Connection details, Wall, floor and roof tie down details.

Town Planning – Prepare drawings to accompany Town Planning Applications.
